Shipping Policy
Free shipping on orders of $50 or more. We strive to ship within 24 hours of your order. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can view your order’s status by clicking on Track My Order link in the footer of our website.
Refund Policy
We want you and your dog to be happy. If you do not like your Rovercoat product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Email us for a free return envelope. NOTE: Product must not be used, altered or washed.
